The cache UNsunken (GC11VZ0) in Cheyenne has become a bad dream for me. I have logged 2 DNF's and been out there numerous other times with no luck on finding this thing. I have even called Lee for a hint and still could not find it any help would be greatly appreciated.

We're in the same boat with the same problems...I think we have tried that @*$&%^ cache about 7 or 8 times without any luck. We'll keep trying for it, but it's about to make our "I don't care anymore" list...

I would have to say that it is most likely missing. We found it quite a while ago and although it was well hidden, was very findable. I have given Matt hints in the past and basically told him where we found it this past weekend. Therefore, it is my guess that it is either gone or somebody moved it far away from where the coordinates take you. As I remember, our GPS lead us more to the statue but the cache is within 15 or 20 feet of where our GPS lead us. Nobody has said when the last time was that somebody found the cache or if there are any other DNF's logged. I guess I'm glad we found this one when we did which was not long after they changed the cache. At one time the cache was over the edge, hidden in the junipers (an ammo can). I hope both of you find it next time if it is actually there. You might try contacting the owner to have them go check. We will check it the next time we are in Cheyenne but that won't be until at least the end of January when we are on our way to Greeley for the event.
Anything can be fixed using Duct tape or WD40...
If it moves & it shouldn't, use the Duct tape
If it doesn't move and it should, use the the WD40

We are in the same boat with this cache. I have been out there between 7 and 10 times and have taking different people with me to look with no luck. I have had my wife, my kids, my father-in-law and sister-in-law look and none of us has found it. My problem is i do not have a do not care list, I have a "Thorn in my Side List" and this one is on it.

I hear ya. We'll probably try a few more times, anyways. The inconsistent logs (DNF vs. Finds) make it pretty frustrating in trying to determine whether that thing is even still there... We used to let some of our problem caches bug us, but then again, it's just a game...So we'll go on the next!

I go and look every so often and I may peak again tomorrow if it is kind of nice as I will be in Cheyenne but overall I will not loose any sleep over a cache as there are to many others out there to find.
